Most of what drives adult anxiety, self-doubt and overthinking is not a current circumstance. It is an emotional imprint laid down early in life. The nervous system recorded the meaning of those moments. The mind kept running it.
Insight cannot reach this layer reliably. You can know exactly where a pattern came from and still feel its pull. Talking around it from the outside leaves the imprint intact. That is why insight alone so often fails to create lasting change.
Emotional imprint therapy uses Rapid Transformational Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy to go directly to the level where the imprint was formed. In a relaxed and focused state, we revisit the scenes that shaped the pattern, update the meaning your younger self made of them and reinforce a new internal response with a personalised hypnosis recording.
A note on approach

How this work helps
A typical session lasts 90 to 120 minutes on Zoom. You stay fully aware throughout. We trace the imprint to its source, often a few specific moments you may not have thought about in years. We update the meaning at that layer rather than discussing it from the outside.
Afterwards you receive a custom transformational recording to listen to daily for 21 days. This is what locks the new response in at the subconscious level so it becomes the new default rather than something you have to think your way into.
Clients typically notice a quieter inner critic, less reactivity in the body and a steadier baseline within days. The relief is structural. It does not depend on managing symptoms or remembering to use a coping tool.

How is emotional imprint therapy different from talk therapy?
Talk therapy works primarily with the conscious mind. Emotional imprints live in the subconscious and nervous system. RTT and hypnotherapy are designed to access that deeper layer directly, find the original imprint and update it, rather than discussing it from the outside.
Do I need to remember a specific traumatic event?
No. Most emotional imprints are not formed by a single dramatic event. They come from small repeated moments of disconnection, criticism or emotional absence. The imprints surface naturally in session without needing to know them in advance.
Is this online?
Yes. All sessions are conducted via Zoom from anywhere in the world. The work is just as effective online as in person.
