The work most leadership development never reaches.
Executive intensives are designed for senior leaders where the gap between knowing and changing has become the primary leadership challenge. One or two focused days working at the behavioral pattern level, not the surface of strategy and style.
Enquire about an intensiveWho this is designed for
Senior leaders, typically at C-suite, MD, director or equivalent level, who are high-functioning and self-aware enough to recognize that there is a gap between how they lead and how they want to lead. Or between the leader they've been and the leader their current role demands.
Often, they've done coaching. They can articulate their development edges with precision. What they haven't found is a way to change them at depth. The intensive works at the level where the pattern actually lives: the deeply embedded associations and learned rules that drive behavior under pressure, in relationships and in moments that matter.
It's focused, behavioral and entirely oriented toward leadership effectiveness. The personal history is relevant only insofar as it illuminates the pattern. The work is designed to produce change that is visible in the room, in the board meeting and in how the leader experiences the role they're in.
Format options
Three ways to structure the intensive
The Single-Day Intensive
A focused deep-dive into a single leadership pattern. We begin with a pre-intensive diagnostic conversation to identify the behavioral pattern causing the most friction: in decision-making, under pressure, in relationships with the board or team. The intensive day combines deep pattern-level work with leadership-specific integration, resulting in a clear behavioral protocol for the leader to implement immediately.
The Two-Day Leadership Reset
For leaders at a transition point: a new role, significant scope expansion or a moment where old patterns are visibly limiting new demands. Day one maps the pattern architecture: the ingrained rules, learned associations and adaptive behaviors that have shaped how this leader leads. Day two works at the root of those patterns and builds an integrated leadership identity that reflects who they are now rather than the adaptive strategies that got them here.
The Ongoing Intensive Program
For senior leaders who want to work at depth over time. Combines an initial intensive day with monthly deep-work sessions and integration support between sessions. Suited to CEOs, C-suite leaders and founders navigating significant organizational complexity where the leadership pattern work needs to evolve alongside the role.
Outcomes
What actually changes.
Decision-making under pressure
Removing the ingrained rules about certainty, approval and failure that distort decisions when stakes are high.
Leadership presence
The difference between performing authority and embodying it. Leaders who have done this work stop working so hard to appear confident and become it.
Relationship with the team
Perfectionism, overfunction and approval-seeking patterns systematically undermine delegation, feedback and trust. Pattern-level change shifts the dynamic permanently.
Sustainable performance
High performance built on urgency and anxiety is brittle. What replaces it, performance grounded in clarity and competence rather than fear, is both more effective and more durable.
The internal experience of leadership
Most senior leaders carry a private experience of leadership that is exhausting, relentless and isolating. This work changes that experience, not just the external behavior.
How it works
Initial conversation
A 30-minute call to understand the leadership challenge and whether the intensive is the right format. No obligation.
Pre-intensive diagnostic
A structured conversation to map the behavioral pattern: where it shows up, what it costs and where the root is most likely to be found.
The intensive
One or two focused days of deep behavioral pattern work combined with leadership integration. In-person or virtual.
Integration support
A follow-up session 2–3 weeks after the intensive to consolidate the change and address anything that's emerging in the leader's context.
The pattern behind the leadership challenge is rarely where it first appears.
Start with a conversation. We'll establish what the work is, whether the intensive format is right and what outcome is genuinely achievable.
