Common questions

Will hypnotherapy make me less driven or capable?

No. The work removes the anxiety pattern underneath the drive, not the drive itself. Most clients become more effective, not less, because they are no longer burning energy on background fear.

I have tried CBT and meditation. Why would this be different?

CBT and meditation are conscious-mind tools. High-functioning anxiety usually runs on a subconscious belief installed in early life. RTT and hypnotherapy access that layer directly to update the belief, rather than managing the surface symptoms.

Can this work in one session?

Many clients see a significant shift in one RTT session combined with the 21-day recording. Some choose follow-up sessions for related patterns such as perfectionism or imposter feelings.

Do you work with people who are still in a high-pressure job?

Yes. Most of my clients are in demanding roles. Sessions are online via Zoom so the work fits around your schedule without travel.
