Is RTT safe alongside antidepressant medication?

Yes. RTT works alongside medical treatment. If you are on medication, please continue under your doctor's guidance. We discuss your history in the free discovery call.

Can hypnotherapy help severe depression?

For severe depression, RTT is best used as part of a wider plan that includes medical care. For mild to moderate persistent low mood, many clients find significant relief from RTT alone.

What if I cannot feel anything in the session?

That is more common than you think and often part of the pattern itself. The work still lands. The subconscious does not require strong felt sense in the session for the update to take.
