Sessions via Zoom
Online RTT Therapy
Work from wherever you feel safest. No clinic to walk into, no waiting room, no commute. Just you, in your own space, doing the work that matters.
Why Online Works So Well for This Kind of Therapy
RTT works through guided hypnosis. You close your eyes, follow a voice and allow the mind to move into a relaxed, focused state. That state is not harder to reach at home. For most people it's easier.
A clinical setting is unfamiliar. There's performance pressure in it: sitting upright in someone else's space, aware of being observed. At home you're already comfortable. Your body knows the environment. That familiarity supports the process rather than working against it.
Julie has worked exclusively online since starting her practice. Not as a workaround but as a deliberate choice. The results are the same as in-person. The access is broader. And for many people, the comfort of their own home makes the session more effective, not less.
Particularly Helpful When You're Already Struggling
When anxiety makes leaving the house hard
For people dealing with anxiety or high-functioning anxiety, getting to an appointment is its own challenge. There's the preparation, the travel, the unfamiliar environment, often arriving already depleted. Online therapy removes that barrier entirely. You're already where you need to be.
When depression drains your capacity
Depression doesn't just affect mood. It affects energy, motivation and the ability to do ordinary things. Walking into a clinic when you're already running on empty is a real ask. Being able to sit or lie in your own home and still access proper therapeutic support changes what's possible.
Your own space as part of the healing
There's something meaningful about doing this work in the space where you actually live your life. The insights from a session land differently when you're surrounded by the environment you'll carry them into. It's not a concession. It's often an advantage.
No one needs to know
There's no therapist's office to walk into. No one in a waiting room. No chance of being seen. For people who feel private about seeking support, working online from home removes a layer of exposure that can otherwise be a barrier to starting at all.
It Doesn't Matter Where You Are
Julie works with clients across Europe, North America, Australia, Asia and beyond. Geography isn't a factor. If you have a quiet space and a reliable internet connection, a session is possible.
Time zones are workable too. Julie keeps flexible hours specifically to accommodate clients in different parts of the world. The free discovery call is the place to figure out what works for your schedule.
Working internationally also means you're not limited to whoever happens to practise near you. You can choose a therapist based on fit, approach and expertise rather than location. That matters when the work you're doing is this personal.
What You Need for a Session
Online sessions need very little setup. The barriers are low by design.
A quiet, private space
Somewhere you won't be interrupted for around 90 minutes. Your bedroom, living room, wherever you feel most at ease.
A reliable internet connection
A stable connection is all that's needed. Sessions run on Zoom, which is free to download.
Somewhere comfortable to lie down
During the hypnosis portion of the session you'll be lying down with your eyes closed. A bed or sofa works perfectly.
That's it
No travel, no waiting room, no clinic. The session comes to you.
Common Questions
Is online RTT therapy as effective as in-person sessions?
Yes. RTT works through guided hypnosis and conversation, neither of which requires physical presence. Julie has worked exclusively online via Zoom since beginning her practice, with clients across multiple countries. The process is identical and the results are the same.
What if I've never done hypnotherapy online before?
Most people are surprised by how naturally it works. You're in a familiar environment, which often makes it easier to relax than sitting in an unfamiliar clinic. Julie guides you through the process step by step. You don't need any prior experience with hypnotherapy.
Where in the world do you work with clients?
Worldwide. Julie works with clients across Europe, North America, Australia, Asia and beyond. If you're unsure about time zones, the discovery call is the place to sort that out.
What time zones do you accommodate?
Julie works across multiple time zones and keeps flexible hours to make sessions accessible internationally. Reach out via the discovery call and we'll find a time that works.
What do I need for an online session?
A quiet space where you won't be interrupted, a reliable internet connection and somewhere comfortable to lie down during the hypnosis portion. Zoom is free to download and easy to use.
How do I receive my personalised recording after the session?
Your recording is sent to you digitally, usually within 24 hours of the session. You listen to it for 21 days, which is when the deeper work of the session embeds.
