What that actually means

An emotional imprint is a belief or feeling about yourself that got laid down early in life, often before you had words for it. Something happens. Your mind draws a quiet conclusion (I'm too much, I'm not safe, I have to earn love) and that conclusion stays. Years later it's still shaping how you react, even when the grown-up part of you knows better.

Most approaches work with the thoughts on the surface. My work goes to the imprint underneath, the place the pattern actually lives. That's the difference. It's where lasting change happens.

Hi, I'm Julie Cochrane

I'm a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Therapist and Integration Coach. I specialise in the emotional imprints and subconscious patterns that drive anxiety, self-doubt and overthinking in otherwise capable adults.
