  • How do I work with you?
    Together we can use the power of RTT to go deep to identify the blocks and reprogram your subconscious; raising your awareness, mastering your mind, and creating the life of your dreams…however that is defined by you.
  • Does it work?
    Yes. Hypnosis & in particular Rapid Transformational Therapy, which incorporates so many more tools than hypnosis alone, has worked & continues to work for thousands of people just like you, no matter the issue. Whatever you struggle with, RTT is simple, proven and highly effective. Client results speak for themselves. (testimonials) RTT and hypnosis is a bit like opening up the inside of your computer to make changes to it, to provide direct access to the root and the cause of your issue. We are not wasting time talking about what your conscious mind thinks may be the cause. Your subconscious mind already has the answers.
  • What issues do you work with?
    RTT works on a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: Confidence, Self-Esteem, Money Blocks, Public Speaking, Fear of Visibility, Procrastination, Self-Sabotage, Anxiety and Depression, Addictions, Pain Control, Infertility, Insomnia, Weight Loss, Fears & Phobias, Motivation, Procrastination, Compulsive Behaviors, Chronic Stress, Bad Habits and more… We know that clients are time starved and come to us in pain, both physical or emotional. They want rapid results. So the first difference with RTT is it aims to to deliver permanent change in a single 90 minute session. Although some clients and some issues will need up to 3 sessions. The second difference with RTT is it is a method that truly empower clients.
  • What happens after the session?
    Your transformation doesn't end with your main session. Just like when you need to build a new muscle in your body and you hit the gym in order to do the necessary repetitions over time to build that new muscle, this time you're building a new brain muscle in the form of creating new neural synapses to cement the new ways of being that you want so much. So your post session work all starts with listening to your bespoke recording! There is no need to listen to the recording on the day of the session, so start the very next day. It doesn’t matter what time you listen to it or even whether you fall asleep while it’s playing. You may continue to release thoughts and emotions over the few days following the session. This may manifest as feeling sleepy, using the bathroom more frequently, or being moody. Please practice extreme self-care, drink lots of water to assist your body in releasing toxins, and get more sleep/ exercise (whichever helps you feel more grounded.) You may feel restless. In this case your mind is trying to go back to the old familiar. This is a common reaction. But YOU can CHOOSE TO or DECIDE to make new changes in your mind. This is why you need to keep listening to your recording. Perhaps more scenes or feelings are coming up too. Allow your body to release the feelings, perhaps go for a walk, exercise, or meditate. Occasionally feelings can get worse before better. Remember you are feeling things that may have been repressed for decades; allow your subconscious to process. If you listen to the recording for at least 3-4 weeks this is all part of the healing process and you will feel the changes. However, if anything comes up that concerns you have access to me via email during the whole process.
  • Am I a good candidate?
    Since RTT utilizes hypnotherapy it can be viewed as passive and easy. However, best results are achieved when candidates are vested in the outcome and understand that our thoughts affect our actions. Once we have changed the underlying belief that is affecting thoughts you can take better actions. Great RTT candidates are looking for the missing link, or trying to understand the block that holds them back when it’s time to take action or need extra belief in themselves in a push toward a meaningful goal.
  • How long does it take?
    An RTT session lasts between 90 – 120 minutes. It is for that reason that every session is booked as 2 hours.
  • Am I awake?
    Yes. RTT/Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system. You don’t actually go to sleep. You are fully aware and dropped in to a deeper level of yourself. You are in charge.
  • Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
    No. That’s a myth. You have complete control the entire time. You are talking and dialoguing with me throughout the session.
  • What does it feel like?
    It feels different for different people. Mostly it is a feeling of deep relaxation and ease. For some, it’s a sleepy, floating sensation. How you feel during the session is no indication on how effective it is. It is working, no matter what!
  • What if I think I already know the root and reason of my issues?
    Even if you think you do, through RTT, you’ll experience it in a completely new way. And for many, they go back to new scenes that may have been repressed, that are totally different than what was expected. Trust that your brilliant, subconscious mind will always bring forth exactly what you need.
  • Do you do regression?
    Yes, regression is an essential part of RTT. Through hypnosis, you observe experiences of your past and draw a new understanding. Understanding in hypnosis is the most liberating, transformational power.
  • When will I start to see a change?
    There are 3 types of change in Rapid Transformational Therapy: Immediate change: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate change in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session. Incremental change: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life. Each person is unique and responds differently. You may experience a combination of these various kinds of results. All are extremely beneficial, and what they have in common is that you think about life in a way that allows you to be more positive, productive, and powerful.
  • What if I uncover something I don't want to share?
    You are in complete control during hypnosis & if you don't wish to share something, you won't. It's ok to keep details to yourself, I can still help you as long as you can tell me how the unnamed details affect you (as in how they make you feel).
  • How does it work in just one session?
    RTT and hypnosis provide direct access to the reasons you feel how you feel. We are not wasting time talking about what you conscious mind thinks may be the cause. Your subconscious minds already had the answers. Through the answers, you gain a new understanding, from a place of non-judgement. This allows your mind to let go for good. Then we are able to reprogram and upgrade your mind with the beliefs that empower you. *** Some issues can take more than one session.
  • How will I feel after the session?
    Everyone is different. You may feel extremely happy and excited, relieved and free. You may find yourself very tired and sleepy. It is possible to find yourself in a reflective mood. It’s not uncommon to remember more and have additional insights and awarenesses that apply to the issue you worked on.
  • Am I assured confidentiality?
    Absolutely. All clients are assured of confidentiality about any disclosed material, in accordance with professional codes of ethics. I do not contact other practitioners or doctors who the client may also be seeing, without the client’s permission. I destroy inactive files after three years in order to assure clients total confidentiality.
  • Where do you do RTT sessions?
    I offer session virtually through the Zoom online platform. All you need is an internet connection.
