Transformation is rarely created through repetition alone. Sessions are intentionally spaced to allow the subconscious mind and nervous system time to integrate each layer of change before moving deeper into the next stage of the work.

An RTT session updates the imprint at its root. Your personalised recording reinforces that change daily for 21 days. After that, life still happens. Old triggers still surface. You still have hard nights and reactive mornings.
Noma is the companion app I built for exactly those moments. Short guided audios for the times the pattern would normally take over. Each session meets the moment and supports your nervous system to respond differently.
Most clients use Noma alongside their RTT work and continue to use it long after our sessions are complete.

Is this online or in person?
All sessions are online via Zoom. I work with clients across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and beyond.
How long does each session last?
RTT sessions run 90 to 120 minutes. Integration coaching and follow-up sessions are typically 30 to 60 minutes.
What if I'm new to hypnotherapy?
Most people are. RTT is a gentle and collaborative process and you stay aware throughout. The free discovery call walks you through exactly what to expect so nothing feels unfamiliar when we begin.
Why are the programs spaced over weeks rather than condensed?
Lasting change requires the subconscious mind and nervous system to integrate each layer before moving deeper. Spacing sessions is part of how transformation becomes durable rather than temporary.
