Why I built it
I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist, trained personally by Marisa Peer. My work specialises in emotional imprints and the nervous system patterns they create. I work online via Zoom with adults around the world. I see the same patterns in my 1:1 clients every week. Anxiety that does not lift. Self-doubt that does not respond to evidence. The 3am wake-ups. The bracing before a meeting.
My clients told me they wanted the work to continue between our sessions. They wanted it on the days when something surfaced and there was no appointment for two weeks. They wanted it for the moments their mind took over and the tools they had read about did not reach.
Noma is the answer I built for them. Every session inside the app is written and recorded by me. The Companion speaks in my voice. The structure reflects exactly how I work.

Why Noma is different

Noma is built on Julie's methodology. It works at the subconscious level, addressing the emotional imprints behind patterns rather than managing symptoms on the surface. Sessions do not ask you to breathe through anxiety. They work on why the anxiety is there.
Unlike apps where you can binge content, Noma builds in a pause between phases. This is a clinical decision. The nervous system needs time to integrate changes before the next layer of work begins. This is the pacing that makes the results stick.

The somatic assessment at entry captures where your nervous system is right now. Over weeks, repeated check-ins after sessions build a personal picture of what settles and what still surfaces. And how your baseline is shifting.
The Noma+ Companion speaks in Julie's voice and reflects her way of working. With your consent it has context from your reflections and phase progress so the support it offers is grounded in where you actually are.
Structure and support
The four phases guide the core work. Support Spaces, Reflect and the Companion are there any time, for whatever is coming up right now. Each phase builds on the last and a dwell period sits between them so the nervous system has time to integrate the work. Members move through the sequence at their own pace and stay with Noma for as long as it serves them.
Settling the nervous system. Before any deeper work is possible, the body needs to learn what regulated actually feels like. Sessions in this phase create repeated experiences of safety so a calmer baseline can take hold.
Looking at where the patterns came from. The beliefs and emotional imprints formed early in life that are still running underneath. Understanding at this depth is different from intellectual insight. It shifts something.
Building new responses. The nervous system learns new ways of meeting familiar triggers. This is where change moves from understanding why to actually doing it differently.
Anchoring the changes and building a sustainable relationship with the work. Noma is not a course you finish. It's support you can return to whenever you need it. This phase is the foundation for everything that continues.

A one-minute somatic check-in on the home dashboard. Where is the nervous system right now? Over weeks the pattern becomes a personal map.
Every few days
A session from the current phase. Or a Support Space session for whatever is coming up in the moment. After each one, a brief mood check-in.
As needed
The Companion when something surfaces and you need more than a session can reach. A note in Reflect to capture what is shifting.
On a longer arc
Phase completion when the work and the dwell period are both done. The next phase unlocks. The home dashboard always shows where you are and what comes next.
