RTT for Anxiety
Hypnotherapy for Anxiety
Anxiety is not a flaw in your thinking. It is a pattern your nervous system learned. Hypnotherapy and RTT work where that pattern is actually stored.

Most people who reach out about anxiety have already tried a lot. Breathing exercises, journals, medication, CBT, books, podcasts, supplements. Some of it helps in the moment. None of it seems to switch the volume down at the source.
That is because anxiety, especially the kind that comes without obvious cause, is rarely a conscious problem. It is a subconscious learned response. Something in your earlier experience taught your system that the world is not safe, that you are not safe or that you must stay alert to be okay. The mind forgets. The body does not.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is built to work at the level where the pattern lives. Not to manage it. To rewire it.
A note on approach
Rapid Transformational Therapy is at the core of how I work and it is what most of this page is describing. Where a session calls for it I also draw on Clinical Hypnotherapy, Integration Coaching or the Rewind Technique. We talk through the right combination for you in your free discovery call.
How this work helps
In a relaxed and focused state, we follow the anxiety back to where it began. This is rarely the obvious event. It is more often a moment in childhood where your nervous system first decided it had to be on guard. Once we find it, we update what that moment meant.
Your subconscious does not argue with logic. It updates when shown new information from inside the same state where the original belief was formed. That is what RTT does. The transformational recording then reinforces the new pattern daily for 21 days while it consolidates.
Clients commonly report the background hum of anxiety dropping noticeably within the first week. Sleep often deepens. The body stops bracing.

- Update the meaning your system attached to that moment

Common questions
Will hypnotherapy work for high-functioning anxiety?
Yes. High-functioning anxiety is one of the most common presentations clients bring. The pattern looks like control and capability on the outside. Underneath there is a constant low-level dread. RTT addresses both layers in one session.
Is this safe if I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder?
RTT is not a replacement for psychiatric care. It works alongside it. If you are on medication or under the care of a doctor, please continue. Many clients with diagnosed generalised anxiety, social anxiety and panic find RTT reduces symptoms significantly. We discuss your history in the free discovery call.
How quickly will I notice a change?
Most clients notice a shift within the first week of using the recording. The full integration happens across the 21 days. The change is designed to be permanent and all-pervasive, not a temporary lift.
Do I need to relive past events?
No. RTT regression is not about reliving trauma. You stay in a calm and observing state throughout. We update the meaning of past moments, not re-experience them.
