Support the people you work with in the moments you can't be there

Noma is a self-guided tool they can reach for the moment something hard arrives, day or night. Built by clinical hypnotherapist Julie Cochrane.

Noma is good for wellness professionals and their clients, whatever your field. Naturopathic physicians and naturopaths, nutritionists, coaches, therapists, doctors, business associates and employers supporting their staff. If your work brings you alongside people who could use steady support, this is for you. You don't need to see them in sessions. It's simply added support you can recommend for your clients, patients or staff.

Why Noma exists

The hardest moments happen when no one's there

Someone can be doing well. Then Tuesday night arrives.

Or the argument happens. Or the anxiety climbs and they can't sleep. Or it's simply too much.

That's the gap. The hours when no one is there and the old pattern takes over.

Noma was made for those moments.

What Noma actually is

Noma is a structured support membership built by a clinician. Guided audio sessions sit at the core, with much more built around them for whatever a moment asks for. It keeps growing too, with new sessions and features added regularly.

No appointment. Nothing to schedule. Just steady support in the moment they need it.

Guided audio sessions

Short sessions written and recorded by Julie, organised by phase and purpose. The core of Noma, reaching the patterns that sit below the level of thinking your way through them.

Support Spaces

Sessions for whatever is happening right now rather than where someone is in the program. Late nights, relationships, overwhelm. Available any time, as often as needed.

Reflect

A private, guided writing space tied to the current phase of work. Somewhere to put what's surfacing and notice the themes that keep returning. Encrypted and fully private.

Your Companion (Noma+)

Speaks in Julie's voice and reflects how she works. It's there for Noma+ members when something surfaces and an audio session isn't quite enough. It extends the support. It doesn't replace the work you do.

From struggling, to recognising the pattern, to feeling steadier

Music with on-screen text. No spoken dialogue.

Who it's for

People who feel steadier after time with you but struggle to hold it on their own.
Anyone on a waitlist or in the gap before support begins.
People winding down regular support who still want something steady to lean on.
Anyone who needs support at 2am, when you can't be there in person.

Recommend it any time someone you work with needs support you can't be there for in person.

What happens after someone joins

They get access straight away and can start the same night. There's nothing to set up and no waiting.

They reach for it whenever a hard moment lands and use it as often as they need. It's theirs to keep, quietly there in the background alongside the support you already offer.

Is it therapy? Is it coaching?

How to refer someone

There's nothing formal to set up. Create your own referral link below and share it. The person you refer can begin right away, in the moment they need it most.

This just labels your link so you can recognise it later. It's never shown to the people you refer.

Your referral link

Share this anywhere. When someone clicks it they go straight to Noma and can start their free trial. It's your own link to share as often as you like.

Prefer to keep it simple? You can also point people to this page or to mynoma.health.

Want to talk it through?

If you'd like to understand Noma before you recommend it, reach out any time. Julie's happy to talk through how it could fit your work.
