Nature of services

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), clinical hypnotherapy, the Rewind Technique and integration coaching are complementary approaches to wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. If you are receiving care from a medical or mental health professional, please continue to do so and inform them you are also working with me.

Suitability

Sessions are not suitable for anyone diagnosed with epilepsy, psychosis or certain other clinical conditions without prior written approval from a treating medical professional. If you are unsure whether sessions are right for you, please raise this on your discovery call.

No guarantees

While the techniques I use are powerful and many clients experience significant change, results vary from person to person. No specific outcome is guaranteed and your active participation, including listening to your custom recording daily, is an essential part of the work.

Bookings and payment

• All bookings are made via Calendly and confirmed by email.
• Full payment is required to confirm your session(s).
• Programs (30-Day Reset, 60-Day Transformation, 90-Day Deep Integration) are sold as packages and are non-divisible.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the session may incur the full session fee.
• Refunds for unstarted programs are available within 7 days of purchase, less any sessions already delivered and a reasonable administrative fee.

Confidentiality

Everything you share in session is confidential, with the limited exceptions set out in the Privacy Policy. Custom recordings created for you are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied or distributed.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, recordings and downloadable guides, is the intellectual property of Julie Cochrane and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

I take my work seriously and follow the ethical standards of the professional bodies I am certified with. To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any loss arising from the use of this site or services is limited to the fees paid for those services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Julie Cochrane practises. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith communication before any formal action is taken.
