Your subconscious does not care about your goals. It cares about keeping you safe according to rules it learned a long time ago. Until those rules are updated, no amount of planning, accountability or willpower will hold.

How this work helps

RTT works at the layer where the original decision was made. Usually a moment in childhood you have long since forgotten. In a 90 to 120 minute online session, we find that moment, understand it and update it at the level it was formed.

From there, the resistance begins to drop on its own. Not because you are forcing yourself through it but because the subconscious no longer has a reason to apply the brakes.

A personalised hypnosis recording reinforces the update daily for 21 days. Clients typically notice they are starting things they have been avoiding for years and following through without the familiar derailing.

Common questions

I have tried productivity systems and they never stick. Why would this be different?

Productivity systems work with the conscious mind. Chronic procrastination lives in the subconscious. RTT goes to the layer where the pattern was wired and updates it there rather than trying to override it from the outside.

Could this be ADHD rather than a subconscious pattern?

Sometimes both are present. If you have an ADHD diagnosis, RTT can still help with the anxiety, self-worth and fear layers that often sit alongside it. We discuss your full picture in the discovery call.

What if I do not know why I procrastinate?

You do not need to know in advance. The subconscious knows what is underneath even when the conscious mind does not. RTT surfaces it naturally in session.
