The short answer
Yes. Julie Cochrane delivers RTT sessions online via Zoom. The session is guided in the same way whether you are in the room or joining from home; the practical question is whether you have a private, quiet space and feel comfortable working that way.
What “online RTT” actually means
Online RTT is not a recording or a self-guided course. You meet with Julie live on Zoom. You talk together, she guides you through the session, and you can speak to her throughout.
Hypnosis is generally described by medical sources as a state of focused attention and relaxation guided by a trained professional. You remain able to hear, speak and choose what you do. You do not hand over control to the person on the screen.[1][2]
For Julie, online is the format of her practice rather than a lesser version of an in-person appointment. It also means you can do the work in the room where you will actually return to your day.
What you need for a session
You need a reliable internet connection, a device with a working camera and microphone, and somewhere you can be uninterrupted for the appointment. A comfortable chair or place to lie down, water nearby and headphones if you prefer them are all useful.
Choose a time when you do not need to drive, supervise someone else or return immediately to a demanding task. The session is live and personal, so privacy matters as much as the technology.
A grounded way to think about it
A private space
You should be able to speak openly without another person overhearing you.
A settled window of time
Leave room before and after the session so you are not rushing in or straight back out.
A willingness to participate
Hypnosis is guided, not imposed. You remain involved in the process throughout.
A conversation about fit
A free discovery call is the right place to discuss your situation and whether online RTT is appropriate.
Questions people often ask
Do I need to be in the same location as Julie?
No. Julie's RTT sessions take place via Zoom, so clients can join from wherever they are in the world. You need a private space, a reliable connection and a device that supports video and audio.
Can I lose control during an online hypnosis session?
No. You remain aware and able to speak, move or end the exercise. Hypnosis is a guided state of focused attention, not a person taking control of you.
Is online RTT right for everyone?
Not necessarily. It depends on your goals, circumstances and comfort with the format. A discovery call lets Julie understand what you need and tell you honestly whether she thinks RTT is a suitable next step.
