What we'll do together

Four weeks, one clear step at a time. Each session blends teaching, reflection and a gentle guided experience.

Week 1

Understanding your patterns

We start with why you keep doing the thing you swore you'd stop. Your patterns aren't flaws. They were solutions your younger self built to stay safe. You'll map your own pattern and meet the part of you that learned it.

Week 2

The stories that keep them alive

Underneath every pattern is a quiet story. I'm too much. I'm not enough. I have to do it all. We'll find yours and begin to separate who you are from the story you've been carrying.

Week 3

Responding instead of reacting

The space between a trigger and your reaction is where change lives. You'll build a simple pause plan and an internal anchor so you can respond on purpose rather than on autopilot.

Week 4

Creating lasting change

Change isn't perfection and it isn't a straight line. We'll turn what you've learned into a roadmap you can actually follow and meet the version of you who already lives differently.

Who's leading this

I'm Julie Cochrane, a clinical hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner. For years I've sat with people who'd tried everything else first and still felt caught in the same loops.

This experience weaves together what I've spent years doing, the understanding of emotional imprints, the nervous system and lasting change, into something a small group can move through together.

Is this therapy?

No. This is educational and experiential. It draws on years of clinical work but it isn't group therapy or a substitute for individual treatment. If you need one-to-one support we can talk about that separately.

What if I can't make a session live?

Come live when you can. It's the richest way to take part. If you miss one, the replay is available to you for 30 days.

How big is the group?

Small and private on purpose. You'll have room to take part fully without ever feeling lost in a crowd.

Do I have to share or be on camera?

No. Sharing is always optional. You're welcome to simply listen and reflect. You choose how much you bring to the group.

Who is this for?
