Subconscious Repatterning Audios
for Overthinking, Imposter Syndrome and Anxiety

These audios are designed to work at the level where lasting change actually happens. Not just at the level of logic and conscious effort but at the level of the subconscious and emotional memory where many patterns are formed and stored.

Many people understand why they think, feel, and react the way they do. They have insight. They have awareness. But the pattern still shows up. The anxiety still comes. The self doubt still appears. The procrastination still happens.

That's because many of these patterns are not created by logic. They're created by earlier emotional experiences and the meanings that were formed at the time. Those meanings become subconscious patterns that continue to run in the background of adult life.

These audios are designed to help update those patterns through repetition, deep relaxation, imagery, and subconscious repatterning. This is not about forcing change. It is about creating change at the level where the pattern actually lives.

Each audio is designed to be listened to regularly over a period of time. Repetition is what allows the nervous system and subconscious mind to begin accepting and integrating new beliefs, new emotional responses, and new ways of experiencing yourself and your life.

You can start on your own with these audios, or use them alongside deeper work. For some people, these audios are a starting point. For others, they are a way to reinforce and support the deeper work we do together.

How To Use These Audios

These audios are designed to be listened to regularly, not just once. Repetition is what allows the subconscious mind and nervous system to begin accepting new beliefs and new emotional patterns.

• Listen once per day if possible
• Best listened to when you can relax or before sleep
• Do not listen while driving
• If your mind wanders, that is okay
• Falling asleep is okay
• Use for at least 21–30 days

You are not trying to force change. You are allowing a new internal pattern to be formed through repetition.
